Warranty for Hanna Checker Instruments
All Hanna Checker Instruments sold by Catalyst Corals come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal usage conditions. For warranty claims, please contact us or refer directly to Hanna Instruments for further assistance.
Warranty for Marine Aquarium Supply Products
For all other marine aquarium supply products sold by Catalyst Corals:
- We take care of our clients if a product is defective or there is an issue with the items purchased.
- Please notify us of any defects or issues within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Upon verification of the defect or issue, we will arrange for a replacement or refund once we receive product, as appropriate.
Important Notes:
- This policy does not cover damages caused by improper use, mishandling, or external factors outside the product’s intended purpose.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims or defect reports.
